Your responsibility
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and business strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a financial controller for the divisions supported, overseeing Actuals, Forecasting, and Budget Planning.
- Leading sales reporting and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Conducting and leading financial meetings with management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and project support on key business areas such as inventory management, profitability, commissions, and bonus structures.
- Generating data-driven insights to influence business decisions and improve financial performance.
- Supporting the Finance Director in policy development, system controls, data accuracy, and process improvements.
- Delivering timely and accurate reporting to European management, ensuring high standards of financial analysis.
- Standardizing and automating reporting to enhance efficiency and allow greater focus on business strategy.
- Leading the budget planning process across Europe.
- Actively participating in month-end and year-end closing, working closely with the accounting team to prepare financial statements.
- Analyzing financial performance, identifying key variances, and providing recommendations to achieve business objectives.
Who are you?
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have:
- A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally within a multinational organization with complex reporting structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and drive impactful business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented and naturally curious, with a strong ability to analyze complex financial data and uncover key insights.
- Strong time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and high-quality work.
- Open-minded and experienced in international environments, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and adapt to diverse business settings.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (additional European or Mandarin languages are a plus).
- The ability to work independently, manage high-impact projects, and collaborate with senior leadership.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work across different levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SAP, and Salesforce.
