Your challenge

You’re the backbone of our office! From booking flights to managing facility contracts, handling shipments, and organizing events—you ensure the workplace operates like a well-oiled machine. Without you, there will be total chaos!

Your responsibility

Every day is different, but here’s what you can expect:

  • Facilities: Be the go-to person for maintenance contracts, office supplies, and equipment.
  • Travel: Arrange flights and accommodations so our team can travel stress-free.
  • Events: Order catering and help plan memorable office gatherings.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records and keep our administration in top shape.

This role offers plenty of variety—you’ll never be bored!

Who are you?

You’re someone who gets things done. A proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar facility or administrative role within international environment.
  • Fluency in German and English is required in order to interact with local supplier and customer.
  • Outgoing personality, with hands-on attitude, and ready to roll up sleeves to help wherever needed.
  • Flexible, organized, and a master planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are flexible and available to work 8-12 hours per week working from our Hilden office.
