Your responsibility

As a Service Manager, you’ll take on a leadership role, driving both operational excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a talent who can effectively lead teams, optimize processes, and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will be key to fostering a culture of improvement while ensuring top service delivery. You demonstrate:

  • Team Leadership: Lead with inspiration! Your primary focus will be on guiding and motivating our dedicated team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement;
  • Process Optimization: Elevate our operations! Analyze and refine our repair process to streamline operations, reduce processing times, and ultimately enhance the overall customer experience;
  • Customer Communication: Be the voice of reassurance! Establish and maintain effective communication channels with our customers, ensuring they’re informed about repair status, instructions, and resolutions promptly and professionally;
  • Data Analysis: Unlock insights! Utilize data-driven analytics to monitor repair trends, identify root causes of returns, and implement targeted corrective actions, all while providing regular reports to stakeholders;
  • Quality Assurance: Set the standard! Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of repairs, collaborating cross-functionally to address underlying product issues;

Who are you?

We are looking for a talent with both technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. Fostering a collaborative and positive team environment, in dynamic settings is important. Furthermore, you possess:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing technical teams, with proven experience in repair management or similar roles;
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and accountability within your team;
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to use data to drive decisions;
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring effective collaboration across different teams and regions;
  • Process Improvement: Familiarity with lean principles such as 5S, DMAIC, and process flow mapping;
  • Language skills: Fluent in both the local language and English, with a commitment to cross-cultural collaboration;
  • Change Management: Expertise in implementing and managing change to improve team efficiency and overall performance;
