Your challenge

Are you the Online Sales Representative who will help us to make sure our customers are being facilitated in the best possible way? The development of the region (Iberia), but also potential Key Accounts are in safe hands with you. As an Online Sales Representative you will work in a remote Sales team and with your local peers. You are the core of Advantech’s business!

Your responsibility

You are the first contact window for customers and prospects by phone or e-mail. You manage existing accounts, but the focus is to follow up on new business. In this way, you create and monitor the potential future key accounts. By working together with colleagues from technical support, marketing and field sales, you make sure your customers are being served in the best possible way.

As a typical sales person with a technical touch, you make quotations, prepare negotiations and build up a relationship with your frequent customers. The overlap with marketing is very important for this role. You generate leads for your fellow sales colleagues and make sales campaigns. In the end, no matter how big the orders are, customers need to be happy and content. You are there to make that happen!

Who are you?

For you, the words support and sales go hand in hand. You are very communicative and social person and with ease you build up the relationship with your customer and colleagues. Next to that you are outgoing, a team player, well-motivated, goal oriented and empathetic. For this role, native Spanish and fluent in English is mandatory; knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus.

If you know your way around CRM like Siebel or Salesforce, that would be great as well. Next to that you have already some experience in B2B sales, marketing and e-commerce. You would have technical knowledge on automation technology and the technical insights to give advice on our products. You have a desire to further develop the market and share your knowledge with our customers!
