Your challenge

Are you that trusted, energetic, forward thinking HR Business Partner that supports our business leaders and people to be the best in our business? From Warsaw you will drive our HR operations across 10 countries and 14 sites, for which you are the sparring partner for the leader of the business unit. Next to this you take the lead in our HR operations for our Warsaw office. You are a pragmatic professional that has a good eye for results and you a team player that works smoothly with other members of our European HR team.

Your responsibility

Supported by our team, you are responsible for the complete HR process. Ranging from recruitment, onboarding, all HR operations to off boarding. In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with employees and management to provide them with solid advice and feedback on HR topics. 
  • Plan, facilitate, and assess our HR policies and manage activities during the yearly HR cycle.
  • Advise managers and their teams independently on HR topics based on HR KPI’s and emphasize the importance of HRM in the business. 
  • Provide input and feedback in (global) HR projects, representing the needs of your business sector. 
  • Act as HR country lead for Poland, you ensure our complete HR operations in Warsaw are conducted to the highest standards and fully in line with country specific legislation.
  • Work closely together in a complete and ambitious European HR team. This team is decentralized in Munich and Eindhoven, but still acting as one strong team for the pan-European organization.

Who are you?

HR is your passion and you:

  • Have been active as HR Business Partner for at least 4 years, preferably in a pan-European organization.
  • Hold a solid educational background in HR (preferably at least on a bachelor level). We are looking for more than just a list of hard skills. 
  • Work with people off site without a problem, you’ve done this before.
  • Bring proactive attitude, motivation and initiative- key traits as HR Business Partner at Advantech. 
  • Are hands-on and see opportunities rather than challenges. Plus, you like to conduct some traveling to the other Advantech offices during the year.
