As our Channel Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind fostering and cultivating robust relationships with our Channel Partner, propelling sales growth and revenue generation to new heights. Your responsibility

As Channel Sales Manager, your primary mission is to:

 

  •         Manage the performance of existing partners, devising strategies to enhance their sales and revenue.
  •         Initiate the identification and onboarding of new partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support and training to thrive within our ecosystem.
  •         Collaborate closely with the sales team to align efforts and maximize channel effectiveness.
  •         Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
  •         Develop and implement channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives.
  •         Measure, report, and optimize the performance of channel partners.
  •         Resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel, providing support and guidance to partners as needed.

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:

 

  •         3+ years of experience in channel management or sales, preferably.
  •         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  •         A deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies, coupled with strong relationship-building abilities.
  •         Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills to navigate complex partner dynamics.
  •         A collaborative spirit, yet the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •         Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  •         Fluency in both English and German languages, both orally and in writing, to engage with partners effectively.
