Your challenge
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Management Intern to join our CRM team in the Netherlands. Whether you are interested in data, information systems, or business-related fields, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge CRM systems. Your responsibility
In this role, you will support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in maintaining, analyzing, and optimizing our customer data to enhance customer engagement and improve business outcomes, and your key responsibilities will be:
- Collaborating with European sales and marketing teams to support development of CRM ecosystem
- Assisting in managing customer data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues and providing user support to team members
- Researching and proposing improvement plans for our current CRM processes
Who are you?
You have a growth mindset and are eager to bring fresh initiatives to the table. Additionally:
- You are a fourth year student pursuing HBO education in IT, Business, Data, or related fields
- You possess strong organizational skills, collaborative communication abilities, and attention to detail
- You have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and preferably a basic understanding of Salesforce
- You are enrolled at an educational institution during the internship period You have an excellent command of English
- You are available full-time from February 2025 for minimum five months
