Your challenge
As an RMA Engineer, you are the support of our operations teams and specialists who provide direct support, rework and assembly for internal and external stakeholders. Keeping the (inter)national customers satisfied and understanding their needs is something you love to work with.
Your responsibility
You will be responsible for analyzing and repairing faulty Advantech SBC boards received through the RMA process.
Your job will consist of the following tasks:
Repair faulty Advantech boards (M/B, DAC, I/O);
Identify repairing faults;
Complete thorough tests on all repaired products;
Clear communication towards the customer service department about the status of repairs.
Who are you?
Your technical knowledge of computer products, preferably from an RMA environment is your strength. Moreover:
You speak and write the Polish and preferably English languages;
You have good knowledge of:
diagnostics and repair of electronic devices;
various OS like Windows, Linux;
PC architecture, configuration and technology;
measurement equipment: oscilloscope, multimeter etc.;
communication protocols;
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
You have good manual skills and experience with soldering process BGA, SMT, THT;
You have experience in repairing mobile phones;
You are a real team player.
