Your challenge
As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth strategic planning, execution, and control of the supply chain. You’ll work closely with teams across sales, production, and logistics to keep everything running efficiently.
Your responsibility
In this senior role, you will take ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities while driving strategic improvements and operational excellence. Your focus will span four core areas: Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Optimization. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with business goals, anticipate market demand, and plan accordingly.
- Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels to balance cost-efficiency with customer satisfaction, proactively managing risks and ensuring availability.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and drive positive changes to enhance operational performance.
- Cost-Effective Decision-Making: Evaluate and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance supply chain performance and reduce waste.
- Training & Coaching: Assist the team leader in mentoring, coaching, and upskilling team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Who are you?
You are an accomplished and forward-thinking Supply Chain Specialist with proven expertise in managing complex supply chain operations. Passionate about efficiency and innovation, you thrive in international, high-growth environments and are adept at balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management, ideally in a commercial and international organization.
- Educational Background: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory optimization.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: A strategic thinker who excels at analyzing data, managing priorities, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.
- Proactive and Collaboration: Interpersonal skills to lead and own continuous improvement efforts. Moreover, having the ability to coach team members and foster cross-department collaboration.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, writing and speaking.
