Your challenge
Are you a passionate student and do you have an affinity for IoT, automation and digital transformation? Then this internship will suit you! We are looking for an enthusiastic intern with Computer Engineering capabilities and fluency in English. Don’t worry if you are not experienced, we value your personality and attitude, together with your eagerness to learn and grow.
Your responsibility
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical requests, with guidance and support from an experienced Engineer.
- Prepare devices for the homologation process, learning how to navigate Advantech’s systems to meet internal requirements and follow necessary procedures.
- Provide support for entry-level technical requests from the sales team, working closely with a mentor Engineer.
- Help create technical documentation to capture and support project information.
- Gain hands-on experience with Advantech hardware and software solutions, learning from the resources available by Advantech Europe and HQ (Taiwan).
- Complete a final project by the end of the internship, such as developing a new technical solution, improving processes, or creating new tools for optimization.
Who are you?
You have a lot of positive energy and you bring fresh ideas to the table. Next to that:
- You are enrolled at an Dutch educational institution during the internship period.
- You are 3rd or 4th year student in the field of computing engineering, automation engineering, industrial engineering or related.
- You are fluent in English.
- You show great teamwork skills, working well with colleagues and engineers in your department, and you’re open to learn from others’ experience.
- You have strong communication and organizational abilities, which will help you stay on top of the tasks and responsibilities assigned during your internship.
- Available for six months up to one (1) year.
