As a Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while driving our team to new heights of success.
Your responsibility
As the Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing a dedicated team of warehouse workers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Plan and oversee daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets our high standards.
Order Fulfillment: Work closely with quality, production, and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order processing.
Inventory Management: Keep our warehouse organized and our inventory levels optimized.
Safety & Compliance: Lead the charge in implementing and maintaining health and safety (HSE) procedures.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, every time.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least of 2 years of experience in a similar position within logistics or warehousing. You must have the ability to manage and motivate a team, possess knowledge of warehouse processes and HSE standards. Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems would be an advantage. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment to excellence.
Next to that:
• You speak and read English on a good level.
• You are a team player.
• You have experience with MS Office.
