Our focus lies in navigating the Go-to-Market strategy within a B2B landscape, and we’re in search of someone with an analytical mindset to spearhead this charge.

Your responsibility

As our Product Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving Advantech’s product promotion and pipeline expansion across targeted customer domains, supporting their digital transformation within the industrial sector. Aligned with our Intelligent System Group, you will focus on the following product lines; Industrial PC (IPC), Modular IPC, and System DTOS. In this role, you’ll stay ahead of market trends, anticipate customer needs, and proactively support our Key Accounts and partners with the most suitable, cutting-edge solutions. Your ability to bridge technical insights with commercial strategy will position you as a trusted advisor both internally and externally. You will:

  • Lead commercial activities by aligning market needs with product strategy and positioning. 
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams across Europe and Asia.
  • Generate market intelligence reports and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and drive growth. 
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies to support business objectives.

Who are you?

You’re a commercially savvy and technically competent professional with a passion for industrial computing and digital innovation. You enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional, and international environment, and are not afraid to take ownership and drive initiatives forward. You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales in the IPC or IT industry. 
  • Solid understanding of x86-based technology and digital hardware. 
  • Ability to travel (up to 50%)
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a strategic mindset. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients. 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; other European languages and/or Chinese are a plus. 
  • A hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently within a matrix structure. 
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
