Your challenge

Do you have an affinity with technology solutions and a passion for sales? We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers and prospects, combining customer focus with technical insight to deliver the best solutions.

Your responsibility

In close cooperation with local account managers, colleagues from technical support, marketing and field sales, you will develop and grow end-user accounts in the Benelux market. You will build long-lasting relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, offering reliable and robust industrial IoT solutions:

  • You will develop and manage your own accounts generating new business opportunities, including from new prospects, while nurturing existing relationships.
  • You ensure customers receive excellent service and fast responses.
  • You make quotations and build up a relationship with your frequent customers. 
  • You classify and monitor potential future key accounts, next to generating classified leads for your Account Manager colleagues. 
  • You co-organise sales campaigns, in close cooperation with marketing.

Who are you?

With your well-developed customer sensitivity, pleasant communication and social skills you build long term professional relationships with your customer. Your ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer value makes you a key player in our team. Next to that:

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, a technical field, or a related discipline.
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, customer service, or a technical commercial role. 
  • You have strong understanding of Industrial IoT technologies and industrial automation products and solutions.
  • You have a strong sales mindset with proven B2B experience (technical IIoT, electronics, or computers). 
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills — you enjoy connecting with people and creating value for customers.
  • You have experience with CRM systems (Siebel, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
  • You are a strong team player, outgoing, well-motivated, goal-oriented and empathetic.
  • You are fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively at a high business level 
  • You are based near Eindhoven.
