As our Channel Partner and Alliance Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind fostering and cultivating robust relationships with our Channel Partners, propelling sales growth and revenue generation to new heights. Your responsibility
As a Channel Manager with us, your primary mission is to:
- Spearhead the identification and onboarding of new partners, ensuring they receive the necessary support and training to thrive within our ecosystem.
- Manage the performance of existing partners, devising strategies to enhance their sales and revenue.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives.
- Measure, report, and optimize the performance of channel partners through data-driven approaches.
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:
- 5+ years of experience in channel management or sales, preferably in the embedded field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting to partners and stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies, coupled with strong relationship-building abilities.
- A collaborative spirit, yet the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
- Fluency in both English and German languages, both orally and in writing, to engage with partners effectively.
