Your challenge
Our Service Center in Warsaw, Poland takes care of product repairs for customer across Europe. We are looking for a customer-oriented colleague who will play a key role in maintaining clear, proactive, and professional communication with our customer throughout the repair process.
The position is a maternity cover position for six months.
Your responsibility
As part of the RMA Customer Service team, you will act as the bridge between our customers and internal repair operations. Your mission is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive experience across the entire repair lifecycle, from repair intake and status update to final product return to ensure customer expectations are clearly understood, well managed and fulfilled. Key responsibilities include
- Provide timely updates on repair status on open repair orders, including expected completion dates, and any potential delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication.
- Respond to customer questions related to repair processes, timelines, fees, warranties, repair policies, and available service options.
- Process invoices and shipping documents accurately and in a timely manner.
Who are you?
- You speak and write Polish and English fluently.
- You have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar customer service role.
- You have a strong customer-driven mindset and enjoy supporting customers throughout their journey.
- You communicate effectively and professionally with both customers and internal stakeholders, including employees of Advantech.
- You are a team player who is proactive, resilient, and not afraid to take on challenges.
