Your challenge

As a member of our international HR Support team, you are motivated by keeping our HR administration in a perfect order and serving our employees on diverse HR related matters. 

Your responsibility

You are responsible for all related HR tasks, including accurate employee record keeping, documentation, and following of Human Resources policies and regulations for Poland and other European countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, France, UK, Ireland, Spain and Nordics. Furthermore, you are one of the local ‘faces’ of HR on the floor that provides individual advice to managers and employees on work related topics. Next to that, the day-to-day tasks can include:

  • Ensuring the HR administrative processes run smoothly;
  • Ensure the development, implementation, evaluation and correct consistent application of HR processes and HR policies within the organization;
  • Creating letters for employees with changing labor conditions;
  • Preparing labor contracts for our new hires, collecting individual employee data, and updating our administrative systems;
  • Preparing the monthly list of salary adjustments for our Payroll officer; 
  • Taking care of our benefits administration and make sure all required health and safety trainings are in place.

 

Who are you?

One of your greatest strengths is your attention to detail and accuracy. You work confidently and independently, taking ownership of your responsibilities while consistently striving to find effective solutions. Your proactive mindset and problem-solving approach make you a reliable and valuable contributor to any team. Next to that:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • You have 2+ years of experience within HR administration, preferably in high paced international environment;
  • You have knowledge of Polish Labor legislation, knowledge of one or more European labor laws will be an asset. 
  • You present a proactive and solution-oriented approach towards various problems, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • You are able to demonstrate strong communication with problem analyzing skills (look beyond the case).
  • You are fluent in Polish and English.
  • You are preferably available to commute 4 days to the office.
