Your challenge

As an inside sales in our Industiral IoT team, you  are key player in contributing to our ongoing success.  Working in paraell with the sales team to strengthen and grow the business. Your personality is highly driven, with a sales oriented approach which will contribute to the customer satisfaction and journey of excellence. Working on Key Account project rollouts where precision to detail and fast reactions are vital. Are you up for that challenge?

Your responsibility

Within Advantech (Eindhoven Or Hilden) you will be responsible for the inside sales processes and support of Advantech customers of the IoT division in the DACH region. This position entails dealing with (inbound) key-accounts in the DACH region. This means your main responsibilities are:

  • Involvement with customer and Key Account Manager (KAM) on pre and post order related questions and topics;
  • Hold meetings to ensure the customer needs are fulfilled;
  • Support internal process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Form a dual setup with Key Account Management, setting up a lasting working relationship in both ad-hoc and project-based sales;
  • Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales databases (CRM);
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues;
  • Support the field sales team with quotations, proposals, and order follow-ups;
  • Providing highest quality customer care activities and services to support our business growth.

 

You proactively do all this to make sure the customers feel that all of their needs are met. You work on critical projects where precision to detail and fast reactions are vital.

Who are you?

For you, the words support and sales go hand in hand. You are very communicative and social person and with ease you build up the relationship with your customer. You are:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial back office position in an international (technical) environment;
  • Excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive communication;
  • Communicative personality with a strong customer focused approach;
  • Proactive and assertive personality;
  • Experience of using ERP and CRM, preferably SAP and Salesforce
  •        Accurate administrative skills and a commercial mindset;
  • Has a sales & solution orientated approach;
  • Team spirit and the ability to work with different departments and cultures;
  • Preferably native German and excellent English. Any other European language is considered a plus.
