Your challenge

In cooperation with global sales, technical support and ecosystem, you are the representative in France. You develop the business in medical solutions for the iHealthcare sector.

Your responsibility

In cooperation with your global sales colleagues, technical support and ecosystem, you are the representative in France. You further develop the business in advanced medical solutions for Medical Equipment and Instrument manufacturers as well Healthcare solutions providers: 

  • Develop and execute sales and growth strategies with a strong focus on OEMs in the Healthcare technology market;
  • Build strong relationships within key accounts to understand current and emerging needs and position integrated platform solutions;
  • Identify, develop and manage key accounts, focusing on strategic OEM customers and medical device manufacturers;
  • Actively drive new business development through a strong hunting mentality, identifying new opportunities and expanding the customer base;
  • Develop and manage channel partners and ecosystem relationships to expand market reach and accelerate growth;
  • Define and execute a clear sales strategy and market approach for the French Healthcare and Medical Technology market;
  • Execute a tactical business plan that meets and exceeds revenue targets;
  • Cooperate with the Global Team, Product Sales Managers, inside Sales and ECO System Partners;
  • Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline with targeted OEMs, partners and solution providers to generate sustainable revenue growth.

Who are you?

You have deep knowledge and understanding of medical equipment or healthcare solutions domain. Besides that, you have:

  • Proven sales experience in technical sales ( for example: Electronics, Industrial Hardware, IT,etc. ); 
  • Understanding of medical device and healthcare technology domain;
  • Solid understanding of medical IT market;
  • Ability to understand complex technologies and translate them into customer value and business opportunities;
  • An attitude and background for understanding medical domain topics and solutions ( DICOM, HL7, ISO 13485 );
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate independently and resolve challenges with limited support;
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and effectively as part of an international team;
  • Flexible and adaptable, with experience working in multinational and multicultural environments;
  • Well-developed presentation, written, verbal and closing skills;
  • French and English language skills (oral and written) are a must.
