Your challenge

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of our Eindhoven office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From contract management to project coordination, reception support, travel and lease car arrangements, your contribution keeps everything running seamlessly. Your presence truly makes a difference – without you, the office would face significant operational challenges.

Your responsibility

As our Office Administrator, your role is diverse and hands-on. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for maintenance contracts and office-related inquiries 
  • Manage office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations 
  • Support with lease car and mobile phone management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, catering, and meetings
  • Back-up for reception, including telephony and welcoming visitors 
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation
  • Support Facility projects and contribute to team initiatives

Who are you?

You bring experience and enthusiasm to the role. Ideally, you have:

  • A background in tourism, hospitality, Facility management, or a similar administrative/Facility position 
  • Experience working in an international environment where English is the primary language 
  • A proactive, outgoing, and helpful personality that thrives in a team setting 
  • Flexibility, hands-on approach, and excellent planning and organizational skills 
  • Strong Dutch language skills to effectively interact with local suppliers and stakeholders 

You go beyond the typical administrative role and are eager to support the team wherever needed.
