Your challenge

As a Receptionist, you are the welcoming face of our Eindhoven office and play a vital role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. You are the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and colleagues, creating a professional and friendly atmosphere from the moment someone walks through the door or calls in. From managing the reception desk to providing administrative support, you are an essential part of our team.

Your responsibility

As our Receptionist, your role is diverse and hands-on. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the reception desk, phone calls, and welcoming visitors
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Arranging business travel (flights, hotels, taxis, trains)
  • Registering invoices and preparing billing overviews for Finance
  • Taking care of the coffee corner (coffee machine and dishwasher)
  • Arranging lunch and coffee for internal and external meetings 
  • Managing lockers, keys, and pool cars
  • Providing general administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, business cards, catering, and supporting events

Who are you?

You are a service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting others and keeping things organized. Ideally, you bring:

  • Experience in a reception, hospitality, facility management, or similar administrative role 
  • Experience working in an international environment where English is the primary language 
  • A proactive, outgoing, and helpful personality that thrives in a team setting 
  • Flexibility, hands-on approach, and excellent planning and organizational skills 
  • Strong Dutch language skills to effectively interact with local suppliers and stakeholders 

You go beyond the typical administrative role and are eager to support the team wherever needed.
