Join our AOnline team, where you’ll work with small and potential customers across UK and Nordics. No need to worry if you don’t have much experience yet — what matters most to us is your personality, motivation, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Your responsibility

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll work closely with our Sales team to help grow the business. Collaboration is key — you’ll interact with colleagues from all departments in our Industrial IoT division (sales, marketing, technical, and product management) to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. From first contact to post-sales activities, you’ll get a complete view of the sales cycle. Together with your mentor, you’ll explore market strategies and even develop new business opportunities from the ground up.

  • You will proactively help the sales with following up with all related sales activities like: data base maintenance, quotation, order process, invoices, delivery schedule, other related sales activities; 
  • You will actively promote our new e-commerce platform to clients from the UK/Nordics market, identify new business opportunities and leverage account database to develop new sales opportunities;
  • You will participate in conducting market research and you will support with marketing activities.

Who are you?

You have a lot of positive energy and you bring fresh ideas to the table. You also bring the following:

  • You are studying International Business or any Commercial/Business related study;
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are comfortable approaching customers over the phone and e-mail;
  • You are proactive, goal-oriented, resilient, self-driven and eager to learn; 
  • You have affinity with business development; 
  • Please be aware that this is not a graduation internship;
  • You are based near Eindhoven and available for at least 6 months’ internship starting from February 2026.
