Your challenge

As a Customer Program Manager for our iHealthcare team, you will be a key player for our success. You are a liaison between our key customers in Europe, with focus on the DACH region and internal stakeholders. You control the cohesion between several projects to make sure the needs of our customers are met.

Your responsibility

As a Customer Program Manager, you engage in project together with our Sales team. You will drive these projects from beginning, in the pre-sales phase, to the end, when the project is end of life.

In the pre-sales phase, you coordinate a team of experts to deliver the best technical and commercial proposals. On a daily basis:

  • You will look after our potential customers together with our sales and technical support teams;
  • You make a pre-selection of tailor-made technical solutions for our customers from our large portfolio;
  • You support sales in the creation of first-class offers and know exactly what support you need from our organization and / or partners;
  • You will manage the project from start to finish;
  • Your daily tasks include the coordination of several sub-projects and activities in different customer programs;
  • You are responsible to coordinate customer expectations, avoid escalations and understand the importance of correct legal agreements as a solid business foundation.

Who are you?

You make up a rare combination of a commercially minded professional and affinity for technology and you enjoy building long lasting relationships and executing programs to schedule and cost points while maximizing customer satisfaction. Next to that:

  • You have a technical or business degree;
  • You have a least 3 years of experience in a similar role and you have worked in the computing industry;
  • Ideally you are a certified project manager, in any case you have several years of experience in project management;
  • You have an affinity with the healthcare markets;
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and medical certification is plus;
  • You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written;
  • Your way of working is characterized by hands-on mentality and being flexible;
  • With leadership skills, team spirit and great communication skills, you will navigate projects to a successful conclusion.
