Your challenge
Can you find, lead and architect the right solutions to our customers’ technical challenges? From pre-sales to after-service and support, you will take the ownership of design, validating and delivering advanced solutions, acting as a key technical person and trusted advisor for customers and our internal team.
Your responsibility
You act as a technical expert, supporting the resolution of complex and high-impact customer challenges across pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales support. You collaborate closely with global technical teams, contributing to technical discussions and helping define effective solution approaches aligned with customer requirements.
- Take ownership of complex technical tasks and customer issues, from requirements understanding to solution delivery
- Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions, leveraging in-house lab capabilities and available resources
- Support customer interactions with strong technical expertise, including presentations, workshops, and technical discussions
- Develop and maintain proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and advanced demos based on latest technologies
- Build solid working relationships with customers, acting as a reliable technical point of contact
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced and escalated issues, both remotely and on-site
- Provide feedback from the field to internal teams (product management, R&D) to improve products and solutions
- Stay up to date on relevant technologies and industry trends, applying them to daily activities
Who are you?
- Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in Field Application Engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles
- In-depth knowledge of x86 and/or RISC architectures
- Solid expertise in BIOS, Windows, Linux (e.g. Ubuntu), and system-level troubleshooting
- Proven experience in complex solution design and technical problem solving
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of autonomy and accountability
- Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments (experience with Asian culture is a plus)
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
