Your challenge
As CRM Business Partner, you are the bridge between our European business teams and our CRM platform. You partner with Sales, Marketing, Service and Engineering teams across Europe to shape how they work in Salesforce, turning business needs into well-designed processes, reliable data and insights that drive growth.
Your mission is to maximize the business value of our CRM: drive adoption, own key commercial processes such as lead and opportunity management, and make sure decision-makers can rely on accurate reports and dashboards.
You will build strong, long-term relationships with users and stakeholders at every level, from sales representatives, marketers and engineers to executives, acting as a trusted advisor who knows when to listen and when to challenge. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager Europe, you will work closely with regional business stakeholders and with our Global CRM team at headquarters in Taipei, representing European needs in the global CRM roadmap.
Your responsibility
As CRM Business Partner, you own the effectiveness of Salesforce for our European organization, from process design and adoption to reporting, data governance and continuous improvement. Your main tasks are:
- Business Process Ownership: Own and optimize key CRM processes across Europe, including lead management, opportunity and pipeline management, and forecasting. Work with sales and marketing management to define how these processes should run in Salesforce, and ensure they are applied consistently.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline reviews, campaign performance, lead conversion) that give European management reliable insights, while respecting data visibility and sharing rules across business units.
- Adoption & Change Management: Drive Salesforce adoption among Sales Cloud and Service Cloud users in Europe. Onboard and train users on both system functionality and business processes, lead change management for new features, and track adoption through clear KPIs (e.g., usage, data completeness, feature adoption).
- Global Collaboration & Requirements: Act as the European counterpart of our Global CRM team in Taipei. Represent European needs in the global CRM roadmap, translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, help prioritize the backlog, and lead European participation in user acceptance testing (UAT) and rollouts.
- Data Governance & GDPR: Own CRM data quality for Europe: define data standards, monitor and resolve duplicate or inconsistent records, and ensure CRM data is handled in line with GDPR and company policies (e.g., consent, retention and secure sharing of customer data).
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve usability and increase efficiency. Act as the regional champion for new CRM capabilities, including AI-powered features and agents, and help European teams get real value from them.
- User Support & Documentation: Serve as the escalation point for functional Salesforce questions in Europe. Investigate issues, provide practical solutions and coordinate with the HQ CRM and IT teams when needed. Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and best practices.
